What I can say is that, fans have to behave. Manager and staffs have to control their own temper too. Assaulting fans who are just overwhelmed when they saw their favourite idol is kinda overboard. They could have kindly asked them to leave, block them with their hands or worst scenerios, raise their tone aaaaa bit at them. But definitely no need to use force..
Fans get crazy and out of control sometimes, I know that..Fans have to kindly behave themselves too. Everyone wants to look good in their idol's eyes right? So I think it's necessary for fans to behave well and don't cross the boundaries.
Overall, everyone must control themselves and don't get too overboard. It applies to both parties, fans and manager/staffs. I hope nothing of sort happens in the future.
